Online Individualised Coaching

$50 per week, paid fortnightly

  • Initial consultation meeting

  • Personalised weekly strength training program.

  • Check in once per week via email 

  • Detailed monthly program adjustments with feedback form and recorded review

  • Access to our ‘Make it Count Performance’ private facebook community

Face to Face Individualised Coaching

$70 per week, paid fortnightly

  • 2 x initial consultation meeting

  • Personalised weekly strength training program.

  • Unlimited email support

  • Detailed monthly check-ins and program adjustments with feedback form and review

  • 1 x 50 minute coaching session per week

  • Access to our ‘Make it Count Performance’ private facebook community

**As with all strength and conditioning or fitness programs, improvements take time. As such, we have a strict 3 month policy (12 weeks) in place for signing up for any of our membership options. By signing up you are agreeing to allow 3 months minimum to achieve the goals as set out within your assessment process. Cancelling your membership within this 3 month period, starting the date of your initial assessment, will encounter a $200 cancellation fee. Note: Each coaching option encounters an initial $60 program set-up fee before commencement of coaching.
