Our goal is to educate and put you on the right track to achieve your goals. Make it count performance specialises in Strength and conditioning for athletic performance (highly specialising in runners), general strength and hypertrophy training and body composition.

Qualifications
University of Wollongong, Bachelor of Exercise Science (completed 2023)
Certificate III and IV in personal training and fitness (2016)
Melbourne Strength Culture coach development program (2020)
Newington College in-house internship program (2021)
Dylan has an extensive background in strength and conditioning specialising in building strong runners.
An avid runner himself, Dylan understands the muscular and physiological demands runners need to keep their feet on the ground, mileage high and body prepared for their next run.
But running isn't his only strong point, working with clients with general strength and body composition goals. He prides himself on building strong people without all the junk load and training.
The gym is a tool to keep you doing what you do best, life! Be prepared for any challenge thrown at you whether it’s a weekend hiking trip, a game of footy on the weekend or just simply playing with your kids, Dylan has you covered.
